Ingredients
- 2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tbsp. granulated sugar
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. kosher salt
- Cooking spray
- 1 tbsp. Butter, for serving
- Maple syrup, for serving
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together until smooth.
- Using nonstick cooking spray, grease the bottom and sides of your Instant Pot. Pour batter into pot and seal lid. Set to low pressure. Cook for 50 minutes.
- Use a spatula to remove pancake from the pot. Serve with butter and maple syrup.
