  • 2 cloves garlic, minced 
  • 1 green onion, minced 
  • ½ red chile pepper, meagerly cut 
  • 1 carrot, julienned 
  • ⅓ c. cilantro, hacked 
  • ½ c. dry broiled peanuts (I utilized
  • Grower), cleaved and the entirety 
  • ¼ Tsp. smashed red pepper pieces 
  • 2 tbsp. sesame seeds
