  • 1 glass unsweetened vanilla almond milk 
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder 
  • 1/2 solidified banana

  • 1/4 mug espresso enhanced yogurt I utilized Chobani Greek yogurt 
  • 1/4 teaspoon unadulterated vanilla concentrate 
  • 1/2 glass pounded ice 
  • Sugar/sugar/nectar to taste this is close to the home inclination 


Guidelines
