Fixings 

  • 1 huge head of cauliflower, cut into florets 
  • 1/4 container additional virgin olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon cumin 
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced or ground 
  • juice of 1 lemon 
  • 1 squeeze smashed red pepper drops

  • 4 warmed naan or pitas 
  • 2 Persian cucumbers, cut 
  • destroyed lettuce, cilantro, disintegrated feta, and avocado for serving 
  • plain greek yogurt or tzatziki, for serving 
  • GREEN TAHINI 
  • 1/2 container tahini 
  • 1/3 container crisp cilantro 
  • 1/3 container crisp parsley 
  • 1 teaspoon cumin 
  • juice of 1 lemon 
  • legitimate salt 

Directions 

  1. Preheat stove to 425 degrees F. 
  2. On a huge rimmed heating sheet, join the cauliflower, olive oil, nectar, paprika, cumin, garlic, lemon juice, pounded red pepper pieces, and a squeeze every one of salt and pepper.
