Fixings
PORK 
  • 3-4 pounds pork bear meal or butt 
  • 1 tablespoons canola oil 
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt + pepper 
  • 1 tablespoon smoked paprika 
  • 1/2 tablespoon cumin 
  • 2 teaspoons chipotle bean stew powder 
  • 2 teaspoons bean stew powder 
  • 1/2 teaspoons onion powder 
  • 1 teaspoon oregano 
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne 
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon 
  • 1/2 glass tequila or water 
  • 1/2 glass squeezed orange 
  • 1/2 glasses water 
  • 1 in expansive or 2 little chipotle chiles adobo minced 
  • 2 tablespoons nectar 
SALSA (OR Utilize YOUR Most loved SALSA) 
  • 8 dried guajillo chiles (or a blend of guajillo ancho chiles, chipotle chiles and habanero chiles) 
  • 2 cloves garlic 
  • 1 pound tomatillos stripped, or around 5 
  • 1 ounce can fire cooked tomatoes 14 
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil 
  • 2 teaspoons nectar 
  • salt 
FRIES 
  • 3 pounds reddish brown potatoes stripped (whenever wanted) and cut into meager 1/4-inch to 1/2 inch (thick) strips 
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil 
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt 
  • 1 teaspoon pepper 
QUESO 
  • 1/2 containers creamer 
  • 4 ounces cream cheddar 
  • 10 ounces oaxaca cheddar destroyed 
  • 10 ounces sharp cheddar destroyed 
  • 2 in chipotle chiles adobo minced 
  • new cilantro slashed 
Fixings 
  • 2 avocados crushed with a spot of salt and pepper, squirt of lime juice + hacked cilantro 
  • cuts cured or new jalapeno 
  • sharp cream or greek yogurt 
  • new cilantro 
  • Cajita Cheddar 

Directions 

PORK 

  1. Consolidate seasonings (salt, pepper, smoked paprika, cumin, onion powder, chipotle stew powder, oregano, cayenne, bean stew powder, garlic powder and cinnamon) together in a bowl and blend until joined. Warmth a substantial skillet over medium-high warmth and include oil. Rub the pork done with around 1/3 of the seasonings.
