Directions
PORK
- Consolidate seasonings (salt, pepper, smoked paprika, cumin, onion powder, chipotle stew powder, oregano, cayenne, bean stew powder, garlic powder and cinnamon) together in a bowl and blend until joined. Warmth a substantial skillet over medium-high warmth and include oil. Rub the pork done with around 1/3 of the seasonings. When hot, include pork and burn all sides until brilliant dark colored (around 2 minutes for every side).
- Add the pork to the simmering pot and sprinkle with outstanding seasonings everywhere. Pour in water, tequila, squeezed orange, nectar and chipotle chilies, at that point cook on low for 8-12 hours. Check on more than one occasion if conceivable. Prior to serving, use forks or kitchen tongs to shred pork in the stewing pot. Blend to consolidate with the staying fluid in the stewing pot. Keep warm until prepared to utilize.
