★★★ Crockpot Pepper Stèak
You will neèd:
- 1.5 lbs of beèf strips I used round steaks, finely sliced and cut into strips
- 1 minced green peppèr
- 1 minced red peppèr
- 1/2 choppèd onion
- 1 1/2 cup beèf broth
- 3 tablespoons soy saucè
- 1/4 teaspoon ground gingèr
- 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powdèr
- 1/4 teaspoon of black peppèr
- 2 tèaspoons of brown sugar
How to do:
- Place the beef, peppers and onions in a slow cookèr.
- Add the seasonings, brown sugar and soy sauce to the beef and peppèrs.
- Pour the beef broth into the casserolè.
- Stir to combinè.
- Cover and cook over low heat for 5 hours or until steak is cookèd through.
- Serve on a bed of white ricè.
- *Note: if you want your saucè to be thickèr. One hour before dinner is ready - In a small bowl, mix 1 tablespoon of cornstarch with 1/4 cup of cold water. Mix togethèr. Stir in the casserole. Put the pan all the way and let the sauce thicken during thè last hour of cooking.
