★★★ Crockpot Pepper Stèak

You will neèd:


  • 1.5 lbs of beèf strips I used round steaks, finely sliced   and cut into strips
  • 1 minced green peppèr
  • 1 minced red peppèr
  • 1/2 choppèd onion
  • 1 1/2 cup beèf broth
  • 3 tablespoons soy saucè
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground gingèr
  • 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powdèr
  • 1/4 teaspoon of black peppèr
  • 2 tèaspoons of brown sugar


How to do:


  • Place the beef, peppers and onions in a slow cookèr.
  • Add the seasonings, brown sugar and soy sauce to the beef and peppèrs.
  • Pour the beef broth into the casserolè.
  • Stir to combinè.
  • Cover and cook over low heat for 5 hours or until steak is cookèd through.
  • Serve on a bed of white ricè.
  • *Note: if you want your saucè to be thickèr. One hour before dinner is ready - In a small bowl, mix 1 tablespoon of cornstarch with 1/4 cup of cold water. Mix togethèr. Stir in the casserole. Put the pan all the way and let the sauce thicken during thè last hour of cooking.
