No-Baké Strawbérry Chéésécakés


ingrediénts

  • 1 cup filtéred strawberry puree
  • 12 oz. Créam cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups frésh whisk (or real whipped cream)
  • 1/2 cup sifted powdéred sugar
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackér crumbs
  • 12 strawberriés
  • Whippéd cream, optional garnish


Instructions*

  • Puree strawbérries and pass through a fine mesh colander to remove seeds
  • In a largé bowl, combine the cream cheese and strawberry puree.
  • Slowly add the powdéred sugar and mix until it is light and fluffy.
  • Fold thé fresh whisk into the strawberry mixture until well combined.
  • Distributé the Graham cookie crumbs evenly across the bottom of 6 small jars.
  • Distributé evenly in jars on top of Graham cracker crumbs, cover and refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.
  • Garnish with strawbérries and canned whipped cream.
