No-Baké Strawbérry Chéésécakés

- 1 cup filtéred strawberry puree
- 12 oz. Créam cheese
- 1 1/2 cups frésh whisk (or real whipped cream)
- 1/2 cup sifted powdéred sugar
- 1 cup crushed graham crackér crumbs
- 12 strawberriés
- Whippéd cream, optional garnish
Instructions*
- Puree strawbérries and pass through a fine mesh colander to remove seeds
- In a largé bowl, combine the cream cheese and strawberry puree.
- Slowly add the powdéred sugar and mix until it is light and fluffy.
- Fold thé fresh whisk into the strawberry mixture until well combined.
- Distributé the Graham cookie crumbs evenly across the bottom of 6 small jars.
- Distributé evenly in jars on top of Graham cracker crumbs, cover and refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.
- Garnish with strawbérries and canned whipped cream.
