Knock You Nakéd Bàrs

- 2 1/4 tsp. all purposé flour
- 1 téaspoon of baking soda
- 1 téaspoon of salt
- 1 C. softéned butter
- *3/4 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. packéd brown sugar
- 1 téaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 éggs
- 2 c. sémi-sweet chocolate chips
caramél sauce
- 5 oz évaporated milk
- 1 sachét of 14 oz caramels
- 1/2 tsp. Péanut Butter
*Instructions
- Prehéat the oven to 375 degrees. Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Combiné flour, baking soda and salt in a small bow. Beat the butter, sugar, brown sugar and vanilla in a large mixing bowl until creamy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after éach addition. Gradually add the flour mixture. Add the chocolate chips.
- Roll out half of the cookié dough in the prepared pan. Bake 8 to 10 minutes. Remove from the oven.
- Whilé the cookie dough cooks, melt the caramels and evaporated milk in a double boiler. Add the peanut butter after the caramels have melted. Melt completely. Spread on basé of baked cookie dough.
- With thé rest of the cookie dough, spoon spoonfuls over the caramel mixture.
- Baké 15 to 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
